Privacy policy

DIVINE's services work without an account, an email or a visitor profile. The site has no visitor-profile database or analytics. Using it still involves technical request data at the hosting provider and public-chain data at RPC providers, and the Screener's channels live on Telegram. This page describes those flows and the choices kept in your browser.

Last updated: October 4, 2026

In short

  • No sign-up. We do not ask for your name or email to use the site, Duel or DIVINE Screener.
  • No visitor profiles, analytics, advertising or tracking code on the site. Hosting services still process request metadata such as IP addresses.
  • Browser preferences. Your language, theme, last wallet provider, trade settings and the colors read from the duel pictures you saw are stored locally. The language cookie accompanies site requests; transaction parameters are sent to your wallet and network providers when needed. With WalletConnect, its session (its keys and your public address) is kept there too.
  • Public blockchain activity. Addresses and on-chain transactions are public and cannot be erased by us.
  • Pictures from the site. A duel's pictures are served by the site itself: your browser asks no other site for them.
  • Telegram channels. The Screener's signals and Duel's alerts are published in public Telegram channels: DIVINE keeps no list of who reads them.

What your browser keeps

The site stores a few preferences in your browser, which you can clear in its settings. The language cookie is sent to the site to select the response language. Other preferences are stored locally rather than in a server-side profile; their use can still require data to leave the browser, for example slippage-derived minimum amounts and deadlines included in transactions.

NameKindWhat it keeps
duel_localeCookieThe language you chose, or your browser's, kept a year
nuxt-color-modeLocal storageYour theme, light or dark
duel:walletLocal storageThe identifier of the last wallet provider, not your address or keys
duel:swap-settingsLocal storageYour slippage, your deadline, and whether a sale approves by signature
duel:onboardedLocal storageThat you closed the welcome strip
duel:image-huesLocal storageThe main color of the duel pictures your browser showed, the latest 300, to color their sides at once on a later visit
duel:wallet-appLocal storageWith WalletConnect only: the link of the phone wallet app you paired, to bring it to the front for a signature
WALLET_CONNECT_V2_INDEXED_DBIndexedDBWith WalletConnect only: its session with your wallet, with its keys and the public address you connected, until you disconnect
nuxt:reloadSession storageOnly after an update of the site: that the page reloaded itself, so that it doesn't loop; gone when the tab closes

None of them is used to follow you, on this site or anywhere else.

Your wallet

You connect to Duel through your wallet’s extension or app. While connected, the interface sees your public address and reads balances through RPC calls from your browser. The application does not send that address to its own server for those balance reads; the RPC provider receives the address and your request metadata.

The site never sees your private keys or your recovery phrase, and cannot move your funds: every transaction is one your wallet shows you and asks you to sign.

The blockchain is public

Every trade, launch and claim is a transaction on Robinhood Chain. Your address, the amounts and the time are public, forever, as on any blockchain: anyone can read them, through an explorer or through this site. A duel's names, pictures and links are stored with its tokens, and are public too. Nobody can erase them, us included.

DIVINE Screener

The Screener needs no account and no wallet. Its signals are published in public Telegram channels: joining or reading them happens on Telegram, under Telegram's privacy policy, and DIVINE keeps no list of who reads them. What you post in DIVINE's community group is seen by its members, and if you write to @chatwithdivine, your messages and your Telegram profile are seen by DIVINE's team.

To find its signals, the Screener analyzes public blockchain data: tokens, pools, transactions and the wallet addresses behind them. Its blacklist records wallet addresses linked to scams and coordinated selling, not the identity of their owners.

Our servers

The site runs on Cloudflare. Its application server reads and briefly caches public chain and indexer data to answer faster; it does not maintain visitor profiles. What you type in the duels' search is sent to the site's server, which answers with the matching duels and keeps that answer for up to a minute, linked to nobody. Worker observability logs are disabled in the site's configuration. This does not mean that hosting infrastructure keeps no technical logs. Request processing and retention also depend on the hosting provider and its configuration.

Cloudflare receives your IP address and technical request metadata to deliver and protect the site, and handles them under its own privacy policy. We do not promise that the hosting provider stores no IP addresses or logs.

Pictures you upload

When you add a picture to a duel you launch, your browser prepares it and sends it to the site. The site checks it, encodes it again without its metadata (the camera, the date, a phone's GPS position) and keeps it on IPFS through Pinata, its storage provider, under Pinata's privacy policy. IPFS is public: anyone with a picture's address can read it, and other IPFS nodes may keep copies of it. A picture no duel names is removed from Duel's storage after a day. To limit abuse, Cloudflare counts the uploads of each IP address for a minute; the site keeps no record of who sent a picture.

For a duel launched straight from the contract, the site's server fetches the IPFS picture its details name, once, from a public IPFS gateway (ipfs.io, then dweb.link), and keeps a processed copy in the same way. That request comes from the server, not from your browser.

Services your browser talks to

To show you live data, your browser also talks directly to:

  • Robinhood Chain's public node, to read prices, duels and balances. Your wallet sends your transactions through its own node.
  • WalletConnect (Reown), only if you connect a wallet with it: the messages between the site and your wallet, encrypted end to end, go through its relay, which sees your IP address, under Reown's privacy policy.

These services see your IP address, as any site you visit does, under their own policies. Sites the pages link to (a block explorer such as Etherscan, DexScreener, a test network's faucets, Telegram, X) are only visited when you open a link to them. The price of ETH in dollars comes from DefiLlama through the site's server: your browser asks only the site, and DefiLlama sees none of your requests.

Children

DIVINE's services are not meant for anyone under 18, or under the age of majority where they live.

Your rights

You can clear browser-stored preferences yourself. We cannot erase public blockchain records. For questions or requests about access, correction, deletion or other applicable data rights, contact @chatwithdivine. The response depends on the data actually processed and the applicable law; hosting, RPC and messaging providers also have their own request procedures.

Changes

If this policy changes, this page will say so, with its new date above.
