End user license agreement

The agreement between you and DIVINE that governs your use of DIVINE's services: this website, DIVINE Screener and Duel.

Last updated: October 4, 2026

This agreement replaces the DIVINE Screener license agreement, in effect since December 6, 2025, and Duel's: one agreement now covers all of DIVINE's services.

Summary

This summary is here for convenience only. It does not replace the agreement below, which is what binds you.

  • One agreement for DIVINE's services. DIVINE Screener sends crypto trading signals on Telegram; Duel is an interface to smart contracts on Robinhood Chain.
  • Free access. The Screener's features need no paid subscription; Duel's contracts take only the fees they describe.
  • Nothing here is advice. Signals, rounds and splits are information; every trading decision is yours.
  • Crypto is risky. Prices can swing hard, Duel tokens are memecoins, and you can lose nearly everything you put in.
  • DIVINE never holds your funds and cannot reverse a transaction.
  • You are responsible for your wallet, your trades, your taxes and the duels you launch.
  • Some uses are forbidden: reselling signals, scams, impersonation, market manipulation, attacks, anything illegal.
  • Our liability is limited as far as the law allows, and you indemnify us for your own breaches.

1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("you") and DIVINE ("DIVINE", "we", "us", "our"). It governs your access to and use of:

  • DIVINE Screener: our crypto trading signal services, including DIVINE's Telegram channels, software interfaces, signals, alerts, reports and documentation (the "Screener");
  • Duel: its app, its docs, its share images and overlays, and its Telegram alerts (the "Interface"), through which you can use the Duel smart contracts deployed on Robinhood Chain (the "Protocol");
  • this website, its docs and its blog.

Together, they are the "Services". By accessing or using any of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted this Agreement. If you do not accept it, do not use the Services.

2. Crypto risks you accept

By using the Services, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Volatility: digital asset markets can move extremely fast, with price swings that may exceed those of traditional financial markets.
  • Loss of capital: you may lose everything you put in.
  • Liquidity: you may be unable to exit a position at the price you want.
  • Token contracts: a token's contract may contain bugs, backdoors or other vulnerabilities.
  • Finality: DIVINE cannot reverse finalized transactions or restore access to lost private keys. Early confirmations may be affected by chain reorganizations.
  • Networks: congestion, gas fees, finality times and the technical limits of blockchains may affect the opportunities our signals identify and the transactions you send.
  • Regulation: the legal and regulatory landscape for cryptocurrencies varies across jurisdictions, keeps changing and may change without notice; such changes may harm cryptocurrency markets.
  • Security: you alone manage the security risks of taking part in crypto, including smart contract vulnerabilities, protocol exploits, private key management and wallet security.
  • Taxes: the tax consequences of your transactions depend on where you live and on your situation; reporting and paying them is your responsibility.

3. Eligibility

To use the Services, you must:

  • be at least 18 years old, have reached the age of majority where you live, and be able to enter into this Agreement;
  • not be subject to sanctions, nor act for anyone who is;
  • use the Services only where doing so is lawful for you.

4. License

DIVINE grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable and revocable license to access and use the Services, subject to this Agreement.

  • Sharing signals. You may share, forward and discuss the Screener's signals in public, citing DIVINE, but not sell or commercialize them.
  • Sharing duels. You may share duels, their images and their overlays, and quote the Interface's public data, including in streams and videos.
  • Public data stays public. Nothing in this Agreement limits your use of public blockchain data, your right to interact with public blockchains on your own, including on information from a signal, or your ownership of the tokens you hold.

5. Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the Services, or the Protocol, to:

  • Resell signals: resell, repackage or monetize DIVINE's signals through other channels, platforms or services;
  • Automate without permission: build or run automated trading systems that act on DIVINE's signals without our express written permission;
  • Prey on other users: use DIVINE's signals for sandwich attacks, front-running, back-running or other MEV extraction aimed at other users;
  • Game the detection: send transactions meant to manipulate the Screener's detection or blockchain activity metrics;
  • Deceive: launch scams, phishing links or fake duels, or pass a duel off as official or endorsed;
  • Impersonate: pose as DIVINE, its team or anyone else, or create tokens, NFTs, smart contracts or other assets that suggest an affiliation with DIVINE;
  • Manipulate markets: coordinated pumps and dumps, wash trading, spoofing, or any other manipulation;
  • Publish unlawful content: hate speech, any sexual content involving minors, or content that infringes the rights of others;
  • Attack: exploit a vulnerability instead of reporting it, disrupt or overload the Services, or disrupt blockchain networks and protocols;
  • Harass: coordinate attacks on projects or communities, harass their developers or members, or behave in a toxic or disruptive way in DIVINE's community channels;
  • Misrepresent DIVINE's signals or their performance;
  • Break the law, including sanctions, where you are or where we are.

A breach of these rules can lead to a warning, the suspension or the permanent loss of your access to the Services, your duels being hidden by the Interface, technical measures against the abuse, legal action and, where the law requires it, a report to the authorities.

6. DIVINE Screener

6.1 Free access

DIVINE has been free for everyone since December 6, 2025:

  • No subscription. Every feature currently offered is available without a paid subscription: join t.me/divinescreener to get started. Using the Screener remains subject to this Agreement.
  • Coverage. The chains and integrations covered are listed in Supported Chains; features offered in the past may have changed.
  • Delivery. How fast a signal arrives depends on data providers, processing and Telegram's availability; immediate delivery is not guaranteed.
  • Changes. DIVINE may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Screener at any time.

6.2 What a signal is

A signal is an automated detection of specific market conditions, with pattern-based observations of price and volume. It is not perfect:

  • Incomplete information: blockchain data may be incomplete or delayed, and some on-chain activity escapes our systems.
  • Time: a signal is time-sensitive, and market conditions can change fast.
  • Force majeure: network congestion, forks or attacks can make a signal unusable.

Signals involve a substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

6.3 Trading responsibly

EncouragedDiscouraged
Check the on-chain data behind a signalTreat a signal as proof of safety
Do your own research before tradingBlindly follow signals
Interact with liquidity responsiblyAggressive slippage manipulation
Community-minded tradingPredatory trading tactics

Trade size and available liquidity affect execution. No fixed percentage of a token's supply makes trading safe or non-manipulative, and DIVINE does not recommend a position size.

7. Duel

7.1 What Duel is

  • An interface, not a custodian. The Interface prepares transactions for your wallet to review and sign; the Protocol executes them on Robinhood Chain. DIVINE has no access to your private keys.
  • Contracts with bounded control. The Protocol cannot be upgraded, has no trading pause, and locks its liquidity. The factory owner can pause new launches and change bounded terms for future duels after 48 hours. The protocol treasury can also change after that delay, including the recipient of accumulated protocol fees. The factory owner can also lower, at once and for every duel, the part of the swap fee the protocol takes, and raise it back, never above each duel's terms; what the protocol does not take goes to that duel's pot. None of these powers changes the fees traders pay in an existing duel, its creator's share or who receives it, or takes ETH out of a pot. DIVINE cannot reverse a transaction, recover lost funds or patch a live duel.
  • Contract fees. Trading, switching and launching pay the fees described in Fees, taken by the Protocol.
  • Other access. You can use the Protocol through other Uniswap V4 routers. This Agreement governs the Interface.

7.2 Your responsibilities

  • Your wallet. You alone keep your keys and your recovery phrase safe, and check every transaction before you sign it.
  • Your checks. Anyone can launch a duel with any name. Check a token's address on its duel's page before trading a duel someone sent you.
  • Your duels. If you launch a duel, you are responsible for its names, pictures, description and links. You must have the right to use them, and they must not suggest that a person or a brand endorses the duel when they do not. The pictures you upload are kept on IPFS, where anyone can read them.

7.3 Duels and moderation

Anyone can launch a duel, about anything, and DIVINE does not vet them. Only the duels marked Official were launched by DIVINE, and no duel is endorsed by a person or a brand it names unless they say so themselves.

The Interface may hide, label or rank duels, links and pictures as it sees fit: it shows only https links and the pictures it processed and keeps itself, and treats the copies of official duels as copies. This only changes what the Interface shows: the Protocol, and the tokens, stay available on-chain.

7.4 Duel's own risks

  • Memecoins: Duel tokens have no intrinsic value. In its Duel pool, a side never trades below its launch price in ETH, but that floor is low and no promise of an exit: at that price the pool has no ETH left, and whoever buys far above it can lose nearly everything.
  • Volatility: prices move fast, especially in a duel's first trades, and large trades move them further.
  • Smart contracts: the Protocol has had an internal security review, not an external audit yet, and cannot be upgraded: a bug could not be fixed in live duels.
  • Infrastructure: an outage or a bug of Robinhood Chain, Uniswap V4, a node or an indexer can stop or distort the Interface.

Read Risks before you trade or launch.

8. No advice

Nothing in the Services or their docs is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. DIVINE provides market signals and technical analysis: automated detections of market conditions, and pattern-based observations of price and volume. It does not provide investment advice tailored to your situation, financial planning, guidance on portfolio allocation or risk management, price targets or predictions, or advice on regulatory compliance. Duel's rounds, splits, leaderboards and the Official label are information, not recommendations. Do your own research.

9. Intellectual property

DIVINE owns the Services and what they are made of: the signal algorithms and methodologies, the security assessment systems, the design, code and content of its interfaces, the Jesus and Lucifer Mode frameworks, the DIVINE and Duel names, the DIVINE logo and branding, and all its other proprietary technology and content. The open-source software they are made with keeps its own licenses (Duel's mark is drawn from Lucide's icons, under the ISC license). Creators keep their rights over what they publish in their duels; by publishing it on-chain, they accept that it is public and that the Interface shows it.

10. No warranty

The Services and the Protocol are provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty, express or implied, including of availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or absence of errors, to the fullest extent permitted by law. No signal guarantees a profit or any trading outcome.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DIVINE and its affiliates are not liable for:

  • Trading losses, including losses on duels or from trading on signals, and missed opportunities or market movements;
  • Technical issues: interruptions, delays, bugs, or data that is wrong or late;
  • Blockchain issues: congestion, fees, failed transactions, or problems of Robinhood Chain, Uniswap V4 or any other protocol;
  • Smart contract failures: exploits, hacks or vulnerabilities, in a token's contract or in the Protocol;
  • Regulatory changes affecting cryptocurrency markets;
  • The duels of others: their names, pictures, links and tokens.

DIVINE's total liability for all claims may not exceed what you paid to DIVINE in the six (6) months before the claim: for Duel, the fees you paid to the protocol (its share of the swap fees, and the launch fees).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold DIVINE and its team harmless against any claim, loss or expense arising from your use of the Services, the duels you launch, or your breach of this Agreement.

13. Disputes and governing law

  • Talk to us first. Before any formal action, you agree to write to us, allow thirty (30) days for us to answer, and try in good faith to settle the dispute.
  • Arbitration. If that fails, disputes are settled by binding arbitration, not in court, except small claims and intellectual property matters.
  • No class actions. You waive any right to take part in a class action or a consolidated proceeding.
  • Governing law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands, without regard to their conflict of law rules.

14. Changes and termination

  • Changes. We may update this Agreement at any time: this page will show the new version and its date, and we may also announce it in our docs or our Telegram channels. Using the Services after a change means you accept it.
  • By you. You may stop using the Services at any time.
  • By DIVINE. We may suspend or end your access to the Services if you breach this Agreement, and to the Screener at our sole discretion. The Protocol stays available on-chain regardless.
  • What survives. The sections on risks, no advice, no warranty, liability, indemnification, disputes and intellectual property survive the end of this Agreement.
  • Languages. This Agreement is written in English; its translations are for convenience, and the English version prevails.

15. Contact

For any question about this Agreement, write to us on Telegram at @chatwithdivine. We never write first.

Acknowledgment

By accessing or using DIVINE's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted this Agreement.

Risk warning: cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk and may not suit every investor. Never invest more than you can afford to lose. DIVINE's signals and Duel's data are information, not financial advice. Always do your own research (DYOR) before trading.
