Blacklist entries aren't permanent. Wallets get automatically removed based on time and offense severity.
How It Works

Why Pardoning Exists
- False positives happen — legitimate trading can look suspicious
- Wallets shouldn't be banned forever for one-time mistakes
- Keeps the blacklist clean — removes stale entries
- Focuses on current threats — not historical data
Automatic Cleanup
The system runs daily to:
- Remove expired cooldowns
- Pardon one-time offenders who've been clean
- Clear wallets that passed their forgiveness period
Repeat offenders stay on the list.
