Creator earnings
The launching wallet receives the creator share of fees on trades against ETH, for as long as the duel trades. With default terms that share is a third (33%). Direct A/B switches burn their token fee and generate no creator ETH fee.
How much
The default ETH swap fee is 1.2%, shared 33% to the protocol, 33% to the creator, 34% to the pot. Each duel keeps the terms of its launch. Set the daily ETH-trade volume in the calculator:
The calculator reads the factory’s current launch terms and the protocol’s current rate, so it estimates a new duel rather than every existing duel. A switch through ETH pays fees on both legs and contributes your share of both. A direct A/B switch instead burns its token fee and contributes no creator fees.
Claiming
Your fees accumulate in the hook until you claim them. On your duel's page (or in Portfolio), Claim sends everything owed to the duel's creator: the wallet that launched it, or the one it handed its role to. Anyone can trigger the claim, but the ETH only ever goes to the creator.
Handing over the role
The creator can hand its role to another address, from its card on the duel's page: Hand over the creator role, the address, then Offer the role. The address takes it by accepting it on the same page; until then the role stays with the creator, who can withdraw the offer. The fees not yet claimed go with the role, as do all the fees to come: claim them first to keep them. The duel then shows in the new creator's Portfolio, and on the creators' board under its name.
Supporter duels
A supporter duel sends the creator share of ETH trade fees to the pot instead. With default terms the pot then receives 67% of that fee. This can fund later buybacks, but their price ceiling still applies. The choice is made at launch, or later by the creator on the duel's page: under Hand over the creator role, Give up for good sends its share of every fee to come to the pot. Either way it is final: a supporter duel never turns back. The fees its creator had not yet claimed stay its own.
Growing a duel
- Share it at launch. The first traders make the first round. The share window has an image card and links for X and Telegram.
- Put it on stream. The stream overlay shows the live split in OBS or Streamlabs.
- Pick a real contest. Duels that people actually disagree about trade the most.
